QCOM will never sell the ASICS business A La Carte to NOK. Not a snowballs chance in hell. IP and ASICS are the core of QCOM's business. NOKIA will continue struggling with CDMA and lose share to the Koreans and Kyocera. NOK will continue to dominate GSM and TDMA during their short life.
