David Faber slammed it - he and Maria need to talk! :)

Said there appears to be "nothing but rumors" behind it. He also said that they just did a debt offering, and would have had to have disclosed any takeover that was in progress.

I dunno, I don't see the volume on the downside to support that. The big blocks that came in are not bailing out.
