Dan, I'm sorry to disagree with you regarding good fundamentals. Management is grasping to define a direction and the sold business is just on paper and has not been received nor has it been earned. Management feeling comfortable is a good guess that things will run like the past. This is a stock that is having trouble keeping up with the market and the S&P over the past few years. The reduction of employee's to make the numbers can only go on for so long before you run out of people. Brandon
