sorry for the delay in responding but have been out of the country and leave again in a week. Corum has a purchase agreement which is I believe is in escrow as the conditions of purchase are staged due to VSE regulations. All I know at the present. Reports have been submitted to the VSE which should allow release from escrow. geo in denver
