Dear M: Yes, I am wading through them all right now. Most important thing to me, besides the proxy materials, is the Presidents Message. Only thing that gives some hint to the future in many of these companies. We already KNOW of the past. Sure wish EMC had announced the split in connection with the earnings release, only because I think it would have gotten more immediate OOMPH but, since I am a long term holder I guess it matters not. This stock SHOULD be quite capable of doubling back to the current price after the split in 12-18 months. Its always exciting to me when they do that. JDN
