you want to talk of Frequent trader rebates...would you also like to address the problem of trades not being posted to people's accts until the next day with increasing frequency? Lets forget ------>real-time!..... as you are a representative of TRAC, and might take the time to find out??

problems that "weren't happening before"....LOL!
I slept in yesterday....was TRAC working perfectly for everyone in the am? I seem to have heard there was an outage....I would rather sleep in ,than try to trade with TRAC in the am...much safer, IMO. But when you close your positions for the EOD, only t find the next day, there are $25k or so of securities, that TRAC just forgot to place into your acct , and adjust balances for , when there were
3 hrs to go in the trading session. Well it gets to be a concern. And you have to be forced to sell the the next day for a loss, and TRAC looks the other way? This happening
to many , more often now... and happened to me . Matter of record, and seems to be a critical mission of TRAC to fix this very------> very quickly ! That is too much of a burden to place upon clients, period.
......not angry or shouting here at you paul...but these are real problems, and they are really happening and hurting persons using MyTrade. So what's up?....a simple strait~forward answer will do. |
