Ya know, this may be paranoid, but then again it seems like everyday I hear about some kids getting shot in a zoo, or 20 picnikers in the park were mowed down and etc, etc.....
For the most part, this environment is anonymous. I dont know what they are saying on the clown thread, but lets face it...there are some very unstable people in this world. I have no doubt there is probably alot of jelousy and animosity from people on the clown thread, or lurkers, or whoever, towards porch members.
If you really think about it, this environment is, well, it's like sticking your neck out for all the world to see. Now again, I dont want to be paranoid, just thinking ( and nowadays, I think thinking realistically) out loud, but will there be any kind of security for the porch party. I mean I know this sounds sick, but it's almost like the whole itinerary has been posted for the world to see. If there were some clown...some unstable individual that had it in for the group, or an individual on the porch, this would be the perfect situation to make a splash.
Again, I hate bringing this up, but dammit, it's a sick world, and unfortunatly, sick shit happens. I havent heard this topic brought up, but maybe it should be....sorry to start everybody's day out with such morbid thoughts.
