FORT WASHINGTON, Penn., May 4 /PRNewswire/ -- NCO Group, Inc. (``NCO'')(Nasdaq: NCOG - news), a leading provider of accounts receivable management services, announced today that its Board of Directors has approved a plan to divest of its Market Strategy division. The Company also announced that during the first quarter it achieved earnings from continuing operations of $0.44 per share, on a diluted basis, before charges of $0.84 per share related to discontinued operations.
