I mean by force- the act of not allowing Juan to take his son back- however that might take place- no one here has been very specific about that. Because some people here seem to be implying we should make him (Elian) a US citizen and keep him here regardless of what he and his father want. If you keep some one in a country against their will you are using some kind of force- although the exact types of force you could use vary.

The "malicious fools" on the other side (who prefer to be slaves) only maintain that Juan and Elian should live where they want to live. That Juan should have all the normal rights a parents has even if he IS a Cuban who has the bad sense to want to live in Cuba and even if he did wait 4 months before coming here because he believed the government's assurances that Elian would be returned to Cuba.

Silly us.
