News - The ADRs of Mexico's Empresas ICA (NYSE: ICA) rose after the company announced it cashed in $245.3 million in promissory notes received as part of a 1997 government highway bailout. ICA plans to use most of the proceeds of the sale of these PICs to help reduce high-cost, short-term debt. Best regards,Tom
