JDN - Just call Compaq and I'm sure they will be able to send you one. I must have gotten on some list they have as I receive catalogs on a regular basis with Prosignia/Deskpro/Workstation products and laptops. One other thing to keep in mind with a laptop. If your son is going to store files of any size, the floppy is useless. Many machines these days can be bought with LS-120 drives which are compatible with existing floppies and also take a 120meg disk that can be used for larger file storage/transfer. The newer ATI 8mb video chips also have 'dual monitor' support under WIN98 in case he wants to run a desktop across two monitors.
