XLA 100% Margin Requirement at Waterhouse

Due to current market volatility, the following securities are subject to higher margin maintenance requirements.
100% Margin Maintenance Requirement
XLA-***Xcelera.com, Inc. Com

Essentially means that you have to pay for it in CASH. You cannot borrow funds from the broker to buy this XLA. This is the same with many other brokers from what I've heard. Lots of brokers had to liquidate margin XLA accounts during the fall from $200+. Lots of folks lost money and got pissed. Solution? Make it non-marginable.
