Needham just wrapped up their FPD Investors Conference in NY. Since Sage was presenting at the conference, it doesn't surprise me that Needham reiterated the Strong Buy recommendation.

IMO, SAGI is doing things very quietly and slowly, and they are still [at this point] relatively undiscovered. The picture will be clearer the week of the lock-up expiration (expiration day slated for May 9th). Potential investors are leery of buying ahead of expiration day. However, I'm thinking that this will not be a huge issue, as the number of additional shares that may come into play will not be devastatingly dilutive (relative to other lock-up expirations) as some investors are anticipating.

From Yahoo- raging_bullcrap:
Companies that have issued a large number of shares to insiders, compared with the total number on the market, have a greater risk of plunging when the lock-up period expires.

"If the ratio is 10-to-1, compared with 2-to-1 or 3-to-1, you have increased risk when the lockup expires," said Bob Gabele, editor of Insiders Chronicle. "I don't expect a higher ratio to be a death knell to a stock, but it may underperform with ratios of 8-, 9-, or 10-to-1."
