As far as I can understand it, this looks to be two different filings.

One for Fidelity 8.719.702 shares or 5.861%
One for FMR for the same amount.

Total investment 11.72% or 17.439.404 shares.

Now my question is, can we substract this from the free float, or can they sell it anytime they want and in small quantities? Do they have to file it to SEC first or afterwards?
