This is according to the Corporation Profile Report I have in my possession for Java Gold Corporation (Ontario corporation number 1182521)produced on 26 April 2000,duly certified by the Director of the Companies Branch of the Ministry of Consumer and Commercial Relations of the Province of Ontario, and based on an Adminstrative Update on Info Form dated as 29 March 2000.

This dates are important!

Armand Beaudoin, President and Director and CEO of Java Gold Corporation, died in the middle of last year in Mongolia - I know, I was there at the time and attended the Buddist lama ceremony in commemoration shortly before his body was flown to Canada.

At the time, Java Gold Corporation was on the CDN as JVAG, as it was not thrown off until a Cease Trading Order (CTO) was issued much later in the year (17 August 1999).

According to recent correspondence I have with the Ontario Securities Commission, a CDN-listed company, on the death of its President, is required to issue a Press Release and the Board is required to appoint a new President and report the change to the Companies Branch in the Ministry of Consumer and Commercial Relations of the Province of Ontario. NONE OF THIS HAPPENED. Any of you shareholders stuck with Java Gold shares at the time of the CTO, or at the time of the President's death should sit up and do something.

Furthermore, you shareholders were entitled under CDN rules and Ontario Securities Commission rules to publication of Annual Reports, auditing, and 3 month interim reports - nothing published since 1998! Also notification of Shareholders meeting - nothing since 1998!

AFTER the death of the President and CEO, Zaamar Goldfields Co. Ltd. (100% wholly owned subsidiary of Java Gold Corporation) ONLY THEN produced 0,5m$ of gold during the remainder of 1999 and sold it. A significant detail - Armand Beaudoin was also CEO of Zaamar Goldfields, and does not appear to have been replaced.

Time you shareholders did something or just get trampled on again in the 2000 mining season.

Join this Java Gold string if you want details.

Sorry about the typo errors - I'm in Kazakhstan and the internet is a pig!
