On the ask --maybe.

Anyway, the techs as a whole are moving up counter to the Dow. This steam will run out soon, and the run-up will be more selective among the techs. IOM will not be one of them. There is just too much short interest in it. It's PE is going from out-of-line to WAY out-of-line once again.
