I see the technical funds, bio-tech funds, conservative funds, etc. I have seen plenty of 401k plans that do not have MM's or government debt funds for some safety during a market down turn. If we are truly in a bear market, I believe things will change, but not until these people have lost a large percent of their capital. My neighbor retired from Prudential 10 years ago and yesterday he told me about his pension fund, in which 50% of the income is guaranteed and 50% depends on equities. Is this a crock or what!!!!!! Joan
