Looks like a close above 12 1/2 in a week. From there, advance will be sharp.
Why? FWIW, I see a slow boat down to south of 11 again. I see further downside risk for MAT, especially if they don't get rid of TLC anytime soon. If I were Havas Interactive or some other company looking to get TLC on the cheap, I'd certainly bide my time. Mattel has no competent leadership, no reason for middle mgt. to work hard (how demoralizing it must be to see Jill walk off in her pink high-heels into the sunset, set for life several times over, all for running a viable business into the ditch), and no leverage whatsoever IMHO re TLC divestiture talks. If Jill's TLC albatross hangs around another quarter, or MAT dumps it for a laughable pittance, or, worse case I can think of: Havas et al issue a PR publicly discontinuing TLC acquisition talks...I say single digits are a real possibility.

Lesson learned...stay away from incompetent management!! I'm dumping MAT, will probably add to CSCO...JDEC is another viable possibility.
