The latest DELGF 20-F report for June 30 1996, which was submitted
to the SEC by a foreign company, said in page 9 ,

While the Company has investigated title to all of its mineral properties and, to the best of its knowledge, title to all of its
properties and properties in which it has the right to acquire
or earn an interest are in good standing, this should
not be construed as a guarantee of title. The properties
may be subject to prior unregistered agreements or transfers
and title may be affected by undetected defects.>>>

The mineral properties listed in its Form 20-F included its Nevada property.
