Or they are shopping online!!!!! <eeeeeckk> Now you have me scared. I think I will call her and check! Maybe I need to put a password on the DSL so she cant spend our money at BROADband speeds. :o) I did just call her. The technician is done. I asked her what the modem is. She said it is a Cisco. I thought that was pretty cool. There is one problem. There is a line imbalance between Flashcom and SWB. The tech said he let Flashcom know and it is something they can take care of easily. There was a little flashing light on the modem. He said all is well when the light stays on steadily. So close to finally getting a good internet connection! Perry P.
