Let me rephrase the question.

Who would like to see the ability to setup alerts/conditional orders based on "trade price" under the following conditions?

Whenever a conditional based on "trade price" is setup the software automatically "validates" the trade price before triggering.

IOW, the software checks to see that the trade price is equal to or greater than the bid price and equal to or less than the ask price.
