Dear Scumbria and John:

FYI: THe US Military is still "diddling" the signal. My portable GPS shows traces of this every night when its left on and in one place. The same kind of plotted diddle path is still there (90% of the time within 100M Horizontally and 150M Vertically (for each axis)). The Military still has not turned it off. Satellite switch off would create jumps between current groups instead of slowly changing plot of stationary object.

I wonder when they will be forced to turn of "diddling". If the Executive Order is now effective, how long do they have before they MUST comply? As of this morning, they have not.
