Sounds like a pretty good deal. And I think Bryant is a good name in furnaces. BWDIK? Our price for a whole - house heat-pump which, of course, comes with a built-in air conditioner was around $800. Then you get a rebate of around $500 for the electric company discounts. We have about an 1,800 sq ft home. And of course with a all-electric home our rates are the lowest you can get for residential property. Our total electric bill for heating and cooling plus all the other electric use (hot water heater and well) runs about $180 per month year round.
