Hello Bill. Just noticed this message. You wrote it to yourself. gg. Yes, the houses and funds are sitting on lots of cash. One fund manager was on CNBC today and mentioned that he has 25% cash in his fund. When asked what he was going to do with that cash, he said he would buy financials and then go back into some of the techs he sold. After the markets calm down and the interest rate hikes look like a thing of the past. A lot of the money managers still ask investors to raise cash and then go back in lower. With all this money on the sidelines, we would probably miss the boat when they plunge in just ahead of us. At this point I have very little margin and just keep holding on to the stocks I own now. Ann sent a PM this morning about this Virus going around. I could not find it on the link she provided so I will add a link from Yaacov's post from the CPQ thread. Message 13568977 Tomorrow should be interesting. Greenspan had nothing to say about interest rates so Ron Insana grilled this EX FED GOV Blinder. He tried every which way to have Blinder say that Greenspan would raise 50 basis points, with no luck. gg. He thought it would probably be 25 basis points until there was more evidence. He also nixed a rate hike before the FED meeting. Poor Ron. He just could not get a good scoop this time around. I was a little surprised that Blinder was so dovish compared to some other times when I have seen him. Generally he is right out there being quite hawkish. Sonny
