Well it may be a reach here.... and if I'm wrong I apologize in advance... but... The virus mentions someone named Barok and Manilla. I don't know how common Barok is (as a name) since i'm not from the phillipines, but I found a website at geocities. geocities.com wonder if its the same person? If you go to the homepage geocities.com It takes you thru a series of prompts including a 'joke: format your hard drive' (its just a joke). But it really makes you wonder. The clues might be here...
