A little lengthy, but hopefully worth the read:

To UBoat on the Raging Bull thread:

Hey Ron...I missed the SI post But "Here's to you!" It takes a big man to face up to past mistakes...god knows I've made mine....counting the days to recovery.....teeth itching again.....

Thanks man!!

I guess that Allen considers anyone who settles a lawsuit to avoid incredibly expensive legal fees a "crook". Well, I suggest we each look around at our associates and friends and see how many of them have been forced to settle legal issues like a DWI, or even ones as minor as a traffic ticket.

I'll give you a personal example. I know a bartender who's a former Lebanese army Colonel and a really stand-up guy. Now the police hereabouts were engaging in widespread sting operations trying to identify bartenders who were serving minors and levying fines of up to $1,500 per incident plus some jail time (the first week of this operation they netted some 70 "violators").

Well, what they did to my friend Bob, happened early one evening when I was having a quick drink (just one mind you..:0) before heading home. I was his only customer at this particular time and I was just getting ready to leave when a black female and male sat themselves down. This being a a fairly mid-scale bar with a lot of professionals, I noticed the male was wearing a black concert t-shirt, definitely underdressed. They asked Bob for a couple of drinks and he asked them if they were 21, to which they both nodded in the afirmative. I remembered this because, noticing that the female seemed inconvenienced by being asked her age, I leaned over as I was leaving and mentioned that most women consider it a compliment when someone actually thinks they're 21.

Well, the following week I stopped by and discovered that these two individuals were undercover police and they had arrested my friend Bob, making a big embarrassing scene (4-5 police cars and a paddy wagon),and hauled him to jail where he spent 3 hours with some pretty rough looking characters until his lawyer arrived to bail him out. He wanted to know if I had heard him ask the couple their age and I said "absolutely!!, and mentioned the comment I had made to the women about it being a compliment and I would be happy to testify for him to that very fact.

Well, to make a long story short, Bob was being charged with a criminal misdemeanor, something punishable with JAIL TIME, not sued in civil court. Well, the end of the story is that good ol Bob, a real decent fellow who has been a bartender for 20 or so years cut a deal with the court for $500 because he couldn't justify paying for an attorney to represent him in court (it would cost more than the maximum $1,500 fine). For doing that, @ssholes like Ray-Jay would have you believe that such people are "crooks" and shiesters who deserve whatever they get.

The reality is that sometimes very good people get caught up in some very bad events, or are forced to make a financial cost/benefit analysis over one merely based upon principle. Had I been worth a million dollars (or even half that amount), principle would have won and I would have gladly paid the legal fees to clear my name. And let's not forget that I was acccused of "hyping" a company for compensation, NOT BASHING A COMPANY LIKE RMIL FOR THE LIES IT BLATANTLY TOLD TO THE PUBLIC AND ITS SHAREHOLDERS.

But what Ray-Jay (Allen Lieberman) really wants to distract you all from is that fact that he personally knew the CEO of OVIS/RMIL (in fact, Allen admitted as much to certain parties privately), and that he permitted a known hyster extraordinaire, RileyG, and his buddy Pugs, to have their collective @sses handing to them.

Now Ray-Jay.... I want you to read and understand this. I am not currently a shareholder of MSU. Your grudge is with me, not this company nor its shareholders. They have nothing wrong to warrant your behaving in the manner that you have. And MSU is not an RMIL scam operation but a company with hopes of marketing its set-top boxes in what everyone acknowledges is a highly competitive marketplace.
IOW, when the Mrs. sold our shares in December, you CEASED TO HAVE A REASON TO CONTINUE POSTING ON THE MUCP THREAD.

You can't hurt me Allen Lieberman!! All you can do is provide me the opportunity to re-enter a position in MUCP (should I choose to do so) at a far lower price than what we sold it at!!! I would have thought you were at least smart enough to figure that out on your own, Allen, without my having to spell it out for you. Guess I gave you too much credit.

If people look at Ray-Jay's record (posting as Al-len and JustMyOpinion on the RMIL thread), you will see NONE OF THE CONCERN ABOUT PEOPLE BEING HANDED THEIR COLLECTIVE @SSES AS HE CLAIMS HE IS DOING FOR MSU SHAREHOLDERS.

He is playing EXACTLY the same role that he so cursed me for. Except that MSU is NOT a scam and RMIL blatantly was. The record is there for ANYONE to read. My comments, Al-len, RileyG, Tonto, Mike Kuglers, and so many others.

One last thing... the ENTIRE Bulletin Board market has shown tremendously LOW VOLUME over the past several months. It was cited as a potential earnings concern for NITE securities who specializes in making markets for so many of these speculative stocks. I know of very few BB stockholders who haven't had their collective @sses handed to them since the Nazdaq crashes.

The stock price doesn't matter. The fundamentals and the corporate management do. If MSU eventually prospers, it will be because they have a good product at an excellent price, and have successfully manufactured, marketed, and sold that product.

I could sit here and tell you what I think the stock price will do from a technical perspective, but I'm bowing out on that particular aspect of commenting on MSU.

The best of luck to one and all and....

Best Regards,

Ron
