Mighty, The 400 million is being raised for Corvis. they were probably looking at the SCMR valuation and asking for 15-20 billion in a takeout.... An unsubstantiated but printed rumor was that CSCO would approve a price up to 9.9 billion. When they deliver a product, they will get the ridiculous valuation. tp
