DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 4, 2000--Skyhub Asia Co. Ltd. (Skyhub Asia), a subsidiary of eVision USA.Com, Inc. (eVision, www.evisionusa.com, OTCBB: EVIS), is pleased to announce the signing of a Master Service Contract with Hong Kong Parkview Group Ltd. (Parkview), a prominent Asian real estate developer, for the deployment of Skyhub Asia's satellite, broadband Internet access service. Concurrently, Parkview has placed its first service order, which encompasses a minimum commitment period of two years. Skyhub Asia expects to launch its first installation to the Parkview Group in June 2000.

More importantly, the credibility gained through the signing of this landmark deal will enable Skyhub Asia to become an increasingly visible player in Asia's rapidly growing, broadband Internet access arena," stated Fai H. In a separate development, Skyhub Asia has entered into a comprehensive Service Cooperation Agreement with a leading telecommunications and Internet service provider in Pakistan, Gerry's Information Technology (Pvt.) Ltd. (GIT, www.gerrys.net.pk). The agreement provides the necessary foundation for Skyhub Asia and GIT to commence preparations for the deployment of Skyhub Asia's broadband Internet access service to the densely populated, affluent regions of Pakistan.
