Hi Rick,

If I might add my 2 cents here on insider selling. I would think that insider selling would pick up considerably when a stock has a significant move up. Especially after a huge move up and the stock starts to back down. Who would not want to take some of that profit. I'd like to know how much insider sales increased after QCOM had their 156 point day last year? If I was sitting on a batch of options and my company popped 156 points in one day, I think I would be crazy if I didn't cash in some of it.

JMHO,

Joel
