Some facts & thoughts (Note: BEWARE OF THE THOUGHTS):
Facts: Word has spread among the ranks that ZMAX legal counsel is being mucho conservative in letting ZMAX get the word out. This is OK by me, as most of my ZMAX holdings are now in my IRA, so I'm in no hurry. Also, ZMAX "scam" stories persist (re former shells), so I took a look to see what I could find out about ZMAX legal counsel. An excerpt from: pgfm.com <<Powell, Goldstein, Frazer & Murphy LLP is one of Atlanta's oldest and largest law firms. The firm is currently comprised of over 200 lawyers, of whom approximately two-thirds are in its Atlanta office and the remainder are in the firm's Washington, D.C. office.>>
Now that may not sound like much (although it's a lot better than "Guido's Ambulance Chasers, Inc.), but reading through info available on the internet, this is about as prestigious firm as you could ask for. Also, their DC address is on Pennsylvania Avenue, for whatever that's worth. Anyway, I tend to doubt that a "scam" organization would align themselves with such a law firm. To me, this even more confirms Z's commitment to quality.
Consuming more space, some quotes from ZMAX press releases: <<William A. Swick, Division Manager, at FTS stated that "...the reason we chose CSI is because they have the most complete tool suite available, proven in actual test scenarios, that found 100% of the program changes required".>>
<<Timothy Scully, Director of Professional Services for Wang Federal said "CSI provides one of the most versatile sets of tools and services in our Wang Solution 2000 repertoire.>>
<<Mr. Hugh Bagatelle, Senior Vice President of Bessemer Trust said, "CSI provided a comprehensive solution that addressed all of Bessemer Trusts COBOL and Unisys requirements. The pilot CSI performed was quick, accurate, and out-performed all other vendors that we reviewed. We at Bessemer Trust look forward to developing a long-term relationship with CSI".>>
Some #'s: 02/06-02/27: Price UP from 12.25-16.00; avg. vol. = 203K 02/28-03/07: Price DOWN from 16.00-14.50;avg.vol. = 75K 03/10-03/18: Price UP from 14.50-18.09; avg. vol. = 202K 03/19-05/02: Price DOWN from 18.09-12.13;avg.vol. = 67K 05/05-05/06: Price UP from 12.13-15.13; avg. vol. = 157K 05/07(1 day):Price DOWN from 15.13-14.13;avg.vol. = 59K
Summary: UP moves: 24 days-total increase of 10.34 points; avg.vol.-199K DOWN moves: 39 days-total decrease of 8.46 points; avg.vol.-68K
ZMAX price is increasing on heavy volume, decreasing on light volume. Total shares traded in "UP" periods = 4,778,000; Total shares traded in "DOWN" periods = 2,649,000 Therefore, many more (or larger) buyers than sellers during this period, even though stock has increased only from 12.25 to 14.13 (still, 15.3% in 3 months will work for most folks). DW HYPOTHESIS (note that HYPE is a derivative of this word) states that: The weak hands are gone. Announcements forthcoming, followed in due time by obscene profits & even obscener (made that one up) stock price.
Even if you don't agree with the hypothesis, I think the facts are pretty neat.
Good luck all, David |
