Merrill, Yes, the ChurnProphet product does perform churn prediction on a carrier's subscribers based on the data that is gathered by the system. I think that a bigger benefit of the system is it's ability to determine what characteristics of the user actually make a good or bad subscriber. This product appears to be targeted toward a carrier's marketing organization and this type of info would be most useful to this group. Combined with the software's ability to track retention efforts by sales channel, it makes for a very useful tool to a marketing department on a strategic basis. I only wish that LTBG would release some definitive data on how well the system performs in a live environment. LTBG announced that a trial of the system was underway last year but no data has been forthcoming. Any comments? Crash
