Congratulations, Joe... SNDK has an equity interest in SMDK, so you already own both. Three people could KILL SmartDisk... Mr. USB, Dr. FireWire and King Bluetooth For now the floppy adapter seems to be a killer hardware application for SmartMedia, MemoryStick and MMC. The Mavica proved that this interface is still an essential piece of the puzzle and the gateway to many people's PC. The arrangements with Olympus, Sony and SanDisk alone must be worth a boodle of cash. Disclosure: I bought SMDK in the mid-30's and added substantially to my holdings when NASDAQ collapsed a few weeks ago. I still own a rather modest number of shares in this company. Ausdauer
