Sorry Rodney, don't know a thing about it.

This from today's Hollywood Reporter re the MGM deal. Sorry it's not the entire story.
Metromedia to pay up if MGM deal collapses
Metromedia International Group will pay MGM up to $5 million if
the studio's deal to buy most of MIG's entertainment assets fails to be
completed. The so-called termination fee is written into terms of an
acquisition agreement, as disclosed in a Form 8K filed recently with the
Securities and Exchange Commission and made available Tuesday. On
April 28, MGM announced a $573 million deal to buy MIG's Orion
Pictures Corp. and Goldwyn Entertainment Co. The boards of publicly
traded Metromedia and privately held MGM have approved the deal,
which was inked on April 27, but Metromedia shareholders have yet to
vote on the transaction. (Carl DiOrio)
