Good grub,,, but where I come from, means good food.. which brings me to my topic of the morning..
"Inflation and the American People"..
Well I am with Larry Kudlow, who says there is no real inflation out there...For our basic life support .. We pay the smallest percentage of our wealth for food energy, clothing, housing,, etc..than any major developed country. ..
We scream like hell if our plane tickets, vacations,,country club dues, dinner tabs, etc.. go up a few pennies to pay for some service workers wages..or fancier linens on overstuffed beds for overstuffed, spoiled bodies.
I am a fan of Kudlow, who is often derided on these SI boards. He should replace "worn out Al".. Some SI posters call him "lines", I've seen but The "liners" are those softies on CNBC with their tired old statements about the hike in oil prices bringing on the dreaded "I" word..
He just mentioned the American worker should get a raise as a reward for great productivity.. I'm all for that. Us paper traders don't deserve one..
Well I see the market reaction to the "numbers" was down, then up.then down..for now.. on Globex .
