to all: Does anyone know of any possible way to deal with the shorts. For example: What if Solvex issued a dividend of warrants to shareholders to acquire stock at a strike price of $ xx expiring xx/xx/99. How would the shorts cover that dividend????? What if a class B stock (dividend) was declared??? Are any of these possibilities, a deterrent to shorts???? Is there any other method solvex could deploy.
