All of my posts are not off topic.

I tried to find out whether it was true that Anthony dubbed and sold tapes without express legal permission from the appropriate people as was my understanding. You can be arrested by the FBI for that depending on the circumstances.
It doesn't matter whether it was Matt Tyson's idea or not. He furthered the act by promoting and trying to sell the tapes.
It might influence the judge when deciding if he deserves leniency for his felony act.

Do you think he would be asking George Gilder or Tokoyo Mex the same thing if they had done such an act. Of course.

I have my answer.
That is all I needed.
