Thanks Dana-- I'll keep looking too. I am having problems finding good analysis on REITs. Morningstar gives good reports on the REITs, but I am insecure in analysing the information. In some cases the return seems too good to be true. There has to be a catch. I have learned enough to know that the management is the key to a solid REIT, but knowing how good they are doesn't seem an easy thing to find out. Would be nice to get an experts advice. It would be great to find a really good general stock board on the NET, then I could quit AOL. Haven't been able to connect all day. Ditto on the NAZ!!!
