Bambs,

In all due respect Mr. Fleckstein I believe is mistaken. CSCO distributes Non-Qualified options on which employees must pay "income tax" upon exercise. There is no capital gains paid unless the employee exercises, holds for 12 months and then sells. By this time the stock is well off the CSCO books... so I'm not sure what it is Mr. Fleckstein is referring to - but it is not a tax benefit as a result of capital gains paid by employees exercising options. Do you own homework and don't be swayed by others that perhaps are less informed than you.

BTW>.. interesting purchase today ;)
