OK Poet, here's my attempt at an on topic post.....

I've employed a PUT selling strategy for the past 3 years and have been very pleased with the results. But that's because PUT selling is effective in a neutral to bullish market environment.

Now the market has turned. One alternative is to sit on the sidelines and wait for the next turn. However, logic says that if I use the same discipline, strategy, and attention that I do for PUT selling, I should be able to shift to a CALL selling strategy for similar results in a down market.

I'm very familiar with the risks associated with this approach, however, unlike the PUT side, I've never lived through the emotions associated with any actual repair situations. I'd welcome any experienced comments.

I'm entering this strategy cautiously and am currently short ADBE May 140 and SDLI Jun 230.

Thanks,

Tom
