Walter; I love you reasoning. I see you have done your home work and have come up with solid logic, rather than playing on my emotions. However, Walter i won't sell my shares to you, i am going to hold on to them for several more months.

PS Watch out for that greenstone property down south. Thats got potential, Nevada is gravy.
