I'm new to this thread and these posts are quite old, but if anyone happens to come here--HELP. I want to know as much as possible about REITs. I live in California and I know that we are finally coming out of our recession. I have looked at a company called Pacific Gulf Properties (PAG), but don't know enough about REITs to properly evaluate its value. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
