Brandy, You are right about this going on all the time, but this ARPT is so blatant that I am sure there are alot of worried traders who received the inside information. When deals like this happened in the past, you would have to filter through months of trades but this stock has only about 1 month of trade data. It will be interesting to see how much the SEC wants to stop this trading because this would be the case to make a statement. HJ
