You are correct in the above concerning being "short agains the box",
but the problem with your previous post insinuated that an individual
or institution can short as much as they want without any capital. If
you are short less stock than you are long, then the total net effect
is that you are long IOM stock. Just more of your dissinformation and
trying to confuse the less sophisticated investors out there.

For the record, Although I am currently not registered with any firm,
I am 7,63,53,4,24, life and variable annuity licensed.
