So you are saying we are a socialist country?

All societies use force to back up their decisions. There would be no rule of law if they didn't- whether they call themselves capitalist, socialist, communist or whatever. I understand in this case that some people think the law was subverted, but the rule of law in ALL countries gets subverted, and I don't happen to think this is the ideal case to rally round as the poster child case for government subversion.

Are you arguing for no government? Because you said before you want a military and a police force- and I will tell you right now you NEED a government or else your police force and your military will become your government. You probably think that is what we have now, but you would be wrong.
