Hmm..Sam came out swingin' also former IR is posting on RB now... this could get interesting... FYI MAY 3, 2000 Generation Entertainment has been notified of a lawsuit filed by Mr. William Craig/Copper Sun Records. Our attorneys will file an appropriate response to the allegations and these will be pursued aggressively. We are also preparing counter legal action. PERSONAL NOTE: Generation Entertainment has received e-mails and has been advised of investment board postings concerning my role in Generation Entertainment. It would have been very easy for me to walk away months ago when the labels failed to produce revenues from operations. I could have walked away when one of the labels refused to account for the support it had been given by Generation Entertainment for projects GNEN had lawfully purchased. I could have walked away when many shareholders were calling me a "crook" when in fact I have been given only minor compensation for almost two years worth of work. Myself, and others, have remained because we believe in this company and the direction we are heading. Those who did not produce benefit to the company are now gone. Only those who care about creating value in this company and were concerned about making your investment grow are still working every day. No one expects every shareholder to be happy all the time. But all good investments take time. We are attempting to build an on-line system of profit centers, which will produce real profits. This is the only way to create share value that will make all of you money. What good does it do to generate hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue and operate in the red? This makes no sense. Those of you who choose to believe the allegations being posted are free to do so. I can only tell you that we will all be vindicated in the courts. While legal remedies are being pursued we will continue to work in the best interest of the shareholders of Generation Entertainment. Samuel M. Rodenberger, Chairman/CEO
