The smaller organization has nimbleness, hunger, and imagination on its side.

What chance did a young, innovative company (MSFT) have going head-to-head against an established monopoly (IBM) with billions in the bank?

Turns out they had a pretty good chance. LOL!!

Once again, this anti-trust farce has nothing to do with what's best for consumers or the vitality of the industry in general. It has everything to do with political power games, control and regulation of a dynamic, free-wheeling, productive segment of the economy, and protection for incompetent, whining competitors.
