I made these TYX charts before the number this AM. Rates are right at a 50% pullback from the Jan 20th April 10th decline, and we're close to the 200 DMA, geocities.com we could well see a bond mkt rally for a couple of weeks, if these levels hold. GZ was smart in my opinion to cover his bond shorts. I think a long position with a stop might be the ticket. Sentiment has gotten pretty negative on bonds. Here is a shorter time period, the purple box is the cluster area, and bonds have stopped right in the middle of it. geocities.com John BTW. have you seen how the DJUA has sold off from the 330 level since we spoke of it last week?
