It appears that BSFE has defaulted on their first-quarter interest payment on their debentures (bonds), which was due in April; they've offered the debenture holders a new convertible preferred stock in the amount of about 1.5% of the face value of the debentures as an inducement to the debenture holders not to demand immediate repayment of the principal of the bond. That's all I know at this point. Doug
