Joe Six Pack Rally to close out the week? Anybody notice that the PREM (S&P 500 Futures minus cash spread) was well into program buy territory during the last 15 to 20 minutes of trading? Also, extremely low, low volume on NYSE Composite and NASDAQ Composite.
