I've written posts and telephoned until I am blue in the face - MYTRADE has changed - and it's not for the better. This week after being on hold 3 times for a total of an hour, I actually had clerks in the brokerage department HANG UP ON ME. Of course when I called to report this , they want to know " well who was it ??" Guess what - these people don't identify themselves on the phone before they hang up on you . In case you're wondering if I'm rude or hysterical - no , I was quite calm ( about trades showing up in my account the following day after being canceled) - but if you do not grovel on the phone, they simply hang up on you .
I could speculate on why service seems to have taken a turn for the worst this week but I'm sure everyone has their own ideas.
Today when I had the several thousand dollar discrepancy in my cash account was the living end. I contacted the dept I was told to e-mail ( "balances" ) and received a terse reply " we informed you this was going to happen " - and NEVER a response regarding how much money I still had left.

Frequent trader rebates - harrrummmph ! Save $50 and lose thousands...
